Chain Operation Roller Blinds ( Sunscreen/Blackout)

 

Chain Roller blinds drive the bead wheel running to supply the running power of arbor wheel along the roller wheel in the torsional spring’s loosing direction, together with support plat to drive the roller tube running and drive the fabric remove up and down. Chain roller blinds could build in spring helper system to make it more energy saving and more steady running. Chain roller blinds have the characteristics of easy installing, long service time, high strength, lower influence of circumstance, non-deforming, exquisite appearance etc.

1) Chain roller blinds are consisted by the components of chute, clutch, chain, code, bottom rail, fabric etc.

2) The aluminum alloy tube is 28mm or 38mm diameter in the anodic oxidation treatment surface and smooth pvc plug-in unit.

3) The fabric is no need to be sewed and the fittings is scientific and rational logistic, with the function of anti-skidding and auto-lock in the operating process.

4) The chain is smooth, little friction, against break.

5) The delicate design, Operation and control of gear wheel become more smooth and the components are against UV, aging, brittleness and distortion.

Chain bead of roller blinds

  

Chain roller blinds should use different chain bead according to the different requirements. Only the diameter, space of the chain bead matching with the clutch, the optimal using effort could reach.

1. Plastic dense chain bead:

  The friction and break between chain and clutch are little,  equal load-carrying, smooth and steady running, Long service time.

2. Plastic thin chain bead:

The usability of thin chain bead is as similar as the dense. Slight low strength, the drape property is much better.

3. Stainless chain bead:

High strength, better drape property, lower influence of circumstance, more durable, a little expensive, used in high and heavy blinds
